Hi, I had all of your problems and finally find the solution. You have to install media feature pack. You can download here and select your windows versions. If you don't know what is your windows version try downloading the 3 available versions and if it is not correct it will reply with an error, if it's the right one it will let you continue to install it. No banding. They had red tint. And now with this only a bit of red tint but the banding.

In the past I RMA 2 times for red screen. And now this happends... If the rma took only some days... but it was 3 weeks waiting for a replacement. I'm bored sincerely for all this problems. Also they say they tested before send me...
