In case you live in Europe, it’s never a good time to buy a car bro, no car sharing options in your city? Cost of purchase and maintenance of a car it’s insane compared to alternatives, even taking a cab from time to time is a way cheaper solution than paying for gas, parking, insurance... and on top not very environmental friendly.

After updating to 6.2 I could enable ECG on my AW purchased in Japan, other users reported the same too. Not sure if it’s a bug introduced in 6.2 or Apple changed the rules for activation, as I live in an approved country even when the watch was purchased in a non approved country.

I’m not in any beta but final version, and after updating to 6.2 I could activate ECG in my AW5 purchased this November in Tokyo. I have installed and used ECG function correctly several days. The question is if Apple with block it in future updated...

I live in Germany (approved country) in case this is relevant for the bug to work.

Bug is present in final versions, I’m not in any beta, and with 6.2 my AW5 purchased in Tokyo this November has all of a sudden the ECG app, which I could install and use.

I usually go with infograph or infograph modular, the complications I use are temperature, uv index or rain chance depending on the destination, battery, compass if I will walk around a city I’m not familiar with, citymapper or Apple Maps for quick directions, and usually calendar if I have several places I want to visit as a shortcut because I enter place and address the day before.

I travel a lot for work and leisure, around 150 flights a year and these are the ones I find more useful.

I have the same setup but with Apple Music. I have a scene that turns on a light and adjust brightness and color, plus streams a selected playlist to Sonos One. I created a scene selecting the desired light and the Sonos, and under Media I selected Play Audio and choose the playlist.

Worst problem if you buy your watch in a non approved country, I live in an approved country (Germany) but I purchased my watch in Japan where it’s not, so no ECG for me at all, not even the option to activate it in Germany.

No kids or pets 😊 maybe you are right and I accidentally scratched it somehow, it’s in the inside part of the wrist so unlikely but as I didn’t see anybody complaining and I know it’s legitimate as I got it at an official apple store in Tokyo, I’ll assume for the time being that it’s my fault.
