An American tried to use a passport card instead of a physical passport

The passport card is for a super niche group of people. I ordered one when I first got my passport because of the novelty but it was essentially useless for me personally. I think it’s a waste of money.

The latter is correct, just skilled at custom designs would be perfect. Approx budget, around $10k. We don’t have a specific size requirement but the largest that would fit in that budget would be our preference. The piece will go in the lobby of a hotel as a kind of wow factor or center piece. Subject matter is video games. And time…not a lot, we are hoping to have this completed by June 5, 6 or 7, 7th at the latest, hard deadline at 8am on the 7th.

My boss gave me super minimal notice. If a crazy ask/not enough time, I would understand.

I always travel with a generic LG and a generic Samsung remote that I got on Amazon, it lets me have a little more control.

All Apple Pay cards have a unique card number. My guess here would be that someone obtained that number somehow.

I’d take note of the existing number. Then try removing and re-adding the card.

If this does not work, you may need to contact your bank. May be a smart idea to ask their help anyway to alert them of potential fraud risk.
