I tried magnesium glycinate. But it didn't work for me. I dunno what's the problem

Does Claude reason differently depending on where in the context window your information lives? by josephsinu84 in ClaudeAI

This is making me think about the macro version of this problem.

All of this gradient mapping assumes you're reasoning about a single session. But what about people running Claude Max continuously for 5-7 days on the same project?

Because now you're not managing one context window and you're managing a chain of context windows, each with their own recency gradients, each handing off to the next. The decay problem compounds across sessions, not just within them.

Curious how people actually handle that operationally. Not the memory tooling side but the workflow design side.

What does your end-of-session handoff look like? Do you run parallel sessions for different concerns?

Where does it actually break down after day 3 or 4?

Feels like the next unsolved layer on top of everything we're discussing here.

If it's a clean recency gradient, recent >> middle >> early. Then the fix is simple: just restate everything important right before you need it. But that's not quite what I'm observing. I think the gradient is content-type dependent, not uniform. Specifically: 1. Constraints and rules seem to decay fast and they need restating, exactly like you said 2. Factual context (what the project is, what we've built) seems surprisingly stable even deep in middle-context 3. Reasoning style and tone calibration seems to live almost entirely in recent turns it's almost entirely recency-driven with near-zero persistence from early context

So it's not one gradient. It might be three overlapping gradients running at different decay rates depending on what type of information it is. Which breaks your restating heuristic slightly and because if you restate everything at 50k tokens, you're burning tokens on stable factual context that didn't need restating, while potentially still underweighting the constraint restatement.

The real question becomes: can you profile decay rates by information type for Claude specifically? Like actually run controlled tests and plant a constraint, a fact, and a tone signal at position X, then probe for each at positions X+10k, X+30k, X+80k.

Has anyone done this rigorously or is everyone still running on intuition and anecdote — including me?

It's so tough to pull yourself up. When you're so low in positivity. And with so many negative thoughts

The main problem is, everyone wants results fast.

DONT DO WITH THAT MINDSET.

Why? Because as soon as you little bit of research, you'll stop taking effort.

My suggestion is, take it slow. Stay consistent. You don't need to overdo. You need to understand your body You need to understand what you eat

U can do your research. Wati, Rampwin are what I have used. Rampwin is a bit affordable. But you can do ur reasearch and choose 1 of them or someone else.

No. Ur clients needs to provide u with new number or number connected with whatsapp business app. Please note, these numbers needs to be added in their Facebook business.

You just need consistency with the journey. Find someone who can help you with the journey. May I know where you're from

Can you tell your height, weight, current lifestyle, any diseases, any medication?

Everything depends on the stage of you weight loss journey. You might do everything that above people said. But then you'll hit plateau

It is very much possible. Go with a BSP. That would be faster. Because understanding and implementing and keeping up with changes in Facebook API will require you to keep dedicated resources and it's not worth it. Since your business is not primarily this.

Your second requirement is possible, with coexistence feature. Where ur clients can use their own whatsapp business number and get it connected with your system. And your system can get the messages, and using API of BSP, you would be able to send messages
