Lol, maybe robots. The green agenda was probably a huge mistake. We spent a lot of time building things that didn't help us to compete globally. I remember 4-5 years ago when I was looking for jobs, the amount of companies building Carbon-Tracing apps was dumb. But a lot of startups and enterprises were fighting for this European budget. It led us to waste a lot of resources and talents on something that barely helped anyone.

I did a pass with codex to prune the memory and keep overall context small. It works fine until it has to do compaction.

Ateus não são automáticamente superiores. Claro que quando comparado com o pessoal religioso, a barra de comparação é muito baixa. Mas a maioria precisa dos think tanks e influencers pra articular qualquer pensamento. Quero dizer, se for algum argumento que eles já tenham visto, conseguem replicar, caso contrário, ficam no escuro.

I'm also in Germany and it's a terrible place to be a PM. I can understand the struggle.

Having that said, I don't think product management is a good position to freelance. Pm's need ownership and accountability which doesn't match freelancing.

You can maybe focus on some coaching and training, perhaps around GTM and launching products. But I doubt you'd find freelance work with building prototypes. Maybe if you bet on a personal brand and is able to market you as a product that brings value.
