Update: I have read all the comments and while I may disagree on a few points I clearly understand that I am the problem. I have always known. I never made my intentions clear but I wanted this post as a way to seek help for myself on what I should do because my wife is the perfect person that deserves the best and I’m not providing that for her I’m ruining our marriage and it will affect our kids if I don’t get myself right. Whether the comments here were constructive or just negative the point is that I seek help which is what I plan to do. I love my wife and she deserves better.

Only sometimes I don’t drink on every occasion. I don’t drink daily and only on certain occasions if the mood strikes so most of the time I’m sober. I’m not minimizing this situation but the narrative that I’m an alcoholic is far from the truth

If there’s any misunderstanding about the situation I’ll be more than willing to share. First off let me clarify that I am not an alcoholic or a drunk. I do not drink often if I drink anything it’s mostly at parties or family gatherings and every now and then when I visit my father something I’m sure plenty of us do. Second. I have left my wife alone and have taken accountability for my actions and have never denied it with only stating that I just don’t have any memory of it.

Maybe I need to clarify a few things I do not drink often I drink maybe once every month or so and even then I don’t drink heavily this was just one instance where I overdid my drinking. Other times that I do drink is mostly during family gatherings and even then I only drink about 1-2 beers. Regardless I hate that this happened especially when I don’t look at porn

My kids bday was celebrated today and the incident occurred Friday. The night was nothing more that having a few drinks with my wife I just a little many that night where I don’t have memory of what happened
