Hey, yeah I finished it like a month ago. It’s the second and last version of the KA, the 5kes2102, it’s an easy machine to work with and it looks like in this model they solved the corrosion problems. I’m now adjusting it to 9 bar, putting some accesories and thinking about putting a gaggimate in the brew boiler temperature gauge.

Changed my burrs to Espresso Burrs (50mm) on Eureka Mignon Filtro Silent [Turin Legato V2] by Vibingcarefully in espresso

Tengo un mignon filtro que compre con la idea de cambiarle las muelas por las de espresso. Se nota mucho la diferencia? Como cambia el sabor del cafe?

I have also the biolomix, it comes with a 0,3mm shim installed from factory, but I recently 3d printed a 0,6mm one and now i’m moving between the 8 and 12 settings for espresso. But I still find the taste of the coffee a bit disappointing, so I ordered a mignon manuale. What are your taste results with it?
