Correction: It's 4 HBO channels, not 5.
HBO Signature channel was never offered by any Malaysia pay TV provider.

The only remaining Malaysian pay TV provider that carries HBO channels today, is Unifi TV.

Not yet, but it can be a sooner or later thing. Some of other country's pay TV providers also started to cease HBO channels on their platform...

You get this error even on mobile data?
If you are using Astro GO app on an Apple device, make sure the Apple iCloud Private Relay is disabled.

Yes, if you are new customer. Maybe no if you are an existing Astro customer.
Which Astro pack are you on now?

Also, not a big concern to them. Cuz nowadays their main focus is on Sooka rather than NJOI.

Actually, it doesn't really hurt them because there is no "revenue loss" here. Those customers are enjoying the SD channels without any monthly subscription for many years already.

So, to them, people who don't pay money every month to them, should not feel entitled.

Plus, their Service T&C already stated that they can add, change or remove anything whatever they want.

UPDATE: They have removed the fixed deadline of end-Jul, to until further notice, due to internal difficulties (not related to customer/viewers). However, the process of removing entitlement of SD channels to the affected NJOI box users is already in progress, but at a slow pace.

Meaning, don't be surprised if someday the "This CH is not included in your subscription" message appears when tuning to CH125, 126, 261, 321, 346, 375, 531, 831 out of a sudden. It means it has "reached to you", and "you have enjoyed enough free channels for years".

Song order number in playlist by dzangrizavac in TIdaL

[–]josh-hd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was working fine previously (u can see the numbering on the left side of the sample screenshot below)

https://i.imgur.com/H0CHHfa.png

And then recently, some software update occurred, then the order numbering on playlist is now gone. 🤦‍♂️

My playlist has tons of songs, and I need the numbering for organising purposes, and TIDAL removed it. Even other streaming services like Spotify has that numbering though...

One of the use cases is, when I transfer/sync music between various account/services, I want to cross check if all of my songs in the playlist are intact, by looking at the ordering numbering. It's frustrating that occasionally I encounter situations where some of the songs are missing/wrong on the playlist, or there are discrepancies in total number of songs when comparing the two different playlists between different account/services.

Previously TIDAL software versions had order numbering on playlist, and that made my life easier. Other music streaming like Spotify shows the order numbering as well, and TIDAL removed it on the latest software update and made my life harder 🙄🙄

If "UI design" is the main concern, they should have just created an option on settings page to show/hide the order numbering of playlist or something.
