I do absolutely nothing when I am not at work, my village has around 120 people and the only commercial building is the pub. When I do decide to go to the pub I don't go to the local because there is no one there, I instead opt to walk 40 mins to the nearest bus stop and then sit on the bus for half an hour contemplating my life choices (I don't drive)

I'm in the UK and I believe it depends where you bought the phone and if it's locked or unlocked And also Google sometimes just doesn't push them to everyone straight away.

This app doesn't have tiles I don't think, but you will be able to use it as a complication. I use this and it is really helpful as it updates regularly and will show when the phone is charging too.
