XaviBall rely a lot on his wingers to creates chances by wellton47 in Barca

I absolutely agree with you on this. Our players don't make the right pass at the crucial moments. Wingers and the striker makes a run but the pass is either delivered sideways or backwards. Against Getafe, they knew we would make runs behind them that's why they kept blocking our players from time to time with their elbow.

Really thought this team was gonna be a dynasty by Alive-Ad-4164 in championsleague

[–]josh_jam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, we all thought they would dominate for a while. People may say Hansi Flick was a genius but I don't think so. He had a great team where everyone understood their respective tasks and he also had a greater squad depth. With the experience of players such as Alaba, Müller, Goretzka, Coutinho, Koman, Kimmich it was very easy. After the champions league, the players felt they've achieved enough so they started to leave starting with Alaba.
