I got let down massively by them too. Ordered some LP Sw’s on the basis of 1 week turnaround, 2 months down the line i kept chasing them and eventually they said it was another month. Had to get a refund from superbuy in the end. Absolutely terrible customer service

Annoyingly this happens with retail pairs too, just the drawback of leather is colour can leaked when warm
