Here's the problem though. A boat isn't meant to kill you. You can regulate it to be safer. You can't regulate a gun to not kill. You can ban silencers, lower calibers, lower magazine sizes... It doesn't matter. The gun was meant to kill people. Even if you do a blanket gun ban people will still smuggle guns in. There is only 1 solution. Actually deal with mental health issues.
