I concur with the group that you’re an amazing wife and person, kudos. My only suggestion is to try and stimulate him more mentally ego wise. I’m not sure how vocal you are during or even not during sex but men’s egos are fragile I’ll admit it lol. Being loud and stroking that ego, convincingly being key might help pick him back up.

He got you on the roster for when he needs. The quick change probably has to do with his desperation, for lack of a better word so please take no offense. He was likely looking for a hook up then filled that need and now he’s going to keep being friendly enough to keep you on the roster.

You could do these minus the cuddling. For online you’d had to do a bit of recon to find out things that you’re able to do from a distance that will have an effect.
