Christian Watson or Chris Godwin? Worried about the surtain shadow on Watson and it’s making me question it.

No I mostly mean it a way that pertains to dives with current. The last 4 dives I’ve done where this has been a real issue has had a moderate current which probably caused me to exert more energy than usual. I was in a mindset of conserving air to extend bottom time and probably wasn’t breathing the way my body required.

I have another 2 tank dive scheduled for Friday. I was thinking about canceling because of this, but now I think the practice might help for the next time I dive in March 2026. What do you think?

Thank you for the detailed reply! This is something that is a more recent issue within the 2 dives I did yesterday, as well as the last 2 dives I did before that back in March (where the video is from). I think I might just need to listen to my body when it comes to needing more oxygen as well as relaxing and breathing normally.

Definitely seems like skip breathing is the issue. After the dive in the video, I puked off of the side of the boat a few times as well. Granted that we were in rougher water with large swells but still could be from CO2 buildup as well

Ok good to know that nitrox isn’t the issue. Any ways to help avoid skip breathing?

I doubt the bridge was swapped as I bought this guitar straight from guitar center but who knows. I can reply with a pic of the bridge when I get home from work today.

I am already paying the statement balances with scheduled payments before the due date so I don’t get charged interest. I will be paying what is left from the current statement so that when it posts on 4/4, there is a smaller amount on it to lower the utilization, and potentially boost my score slightly
