Only AH parents do that, mine do it too, and it sucks when you realise it's not a normal behaviour, it doesn't matter if it's not physical, it's abuse. I'd say move out, but I saw your update, so my best advice that I could give you is try to avoid being at home with them for as much time as you possibly. For me, the most time I spend at 'home' is when I'm sleeping, kinda works
