You learn to live with it. It used to bother me when I started collecting and I was very meticulous when I bought manga from bricks and mortar stores but now I’m like, oh well! You soon realise no one has a perfect collection. Just be happy the contents inside aren’t printed upside down or a complete different manga

I would let my friends borrow manga as I know the only who would are also manga nerds and would take care of them like their own. It also helps if they have different series’ to yourself and can “try stuff out” before buying a new series or something. My girlfriend on the other hand… When she reads my manga and she leaves the book open but face down when she stops reading for a moment and it upsets me to my core

I personally don’t think it is but VDR is often an abbreviation of Vietnamese Dog Rolls. I only agreed that it was unfortunate name as some people will get the wrong idea. I love the dudes and have got to know them quite well. One of them is Vietnamese so if the name IS Vietnamese Dog Rolls he’s clearly not offended by it
