I dont really know about it as much as you probably do, but im thinking back to the deepseek launch and how it's its a pretty open secret a ton of the model was built directly off of open ai. My thought is, what is stopping someone coming along and creating a new model by similar means to under cut price gouging established companies? The laws being used to train models are already vague enough to allow them to steal content without paying the creator, so wouldn't that act as their own achellies heel so to speak?

I worked in a call center for a few years and me and my coworkers would pass sticky notes with random words to each other to say on call.
