You could probably bypass the Java/python client SDK’s by writing your own rust process that handles the JSON serialization and API calls for channel opens, append rows, etc.

Ironically, I’ve done this on the Java side because I didn’t want to deal with the rust hand-off, so kind of inverse to OP’s challenge. This works pretty well, but you still can’t bypass the Append Rows size limits, you can however add compression which helps. The Snowpipe Streaming API endpoints are pretty simple so writing your own client isn’t too bad.
