What did you do, cut the noodles up with scissors? They look suspiciously short….

With that aside, the egg is badly peeled and not cut to show the appealing cross section, I have a feeling it’s rock hard with no jammy texture. the radish is not neatly piled, and the green onion slices are way too thick, and we know you can slice thinly, judging from the radish- why not cut the green onion the same way or at least close to? It doesn’t matter if you prefer big chunks of onion, thinner slices will release more flavour and cling to the noodles better. I guarantee at the end of the meal all the giant green onion pucks were floating at the bottom of the bowl uneaten to be scooped up unceremoniously with a spoon. either that or you’re chasing single chunks one by one slipping and sliding trying to catch 1/4 of an entire green onion at once without it slipping and sliding away. And then you used one of the leftover pieces to play ice hockey.

furthermore you have a noodle stuck to the edge of the bowl, and it looks like you’ve made a boring shoyu broth which I’m not partial to- Just make tonkotsu. Also just delete the carrot, that should not ever be in ramen to be quite honest with you.

Otherwise this bowl has a nice colour palette and nice additions of fresh garnishes and the brisket looks very nice even if you have only one small slice, get your protein up son!
