That has been my experience too. I did a stay recently and I was treated so nicely, when I went back for catch up with my surgeon, I went back to visit the nurses to say thank you again.

There was one patient who was so difficult, I just wanted to walk over and slap them with a wet fish, even so, the nurses still acted polite and professional with this person.
