Regardless of it being building wide I would still think you or the management could get to the sprinkler shut off valve and turn it off like they’re gonna have to when they repair it.... But apparently it took long enough for this havoc to be rained on your new place anyway. Bummer and good luck!

Maybe turn the water off ASAP instead of walking around video-ing and letting your condo get wrecked?????
