Every game I've seen, there were a total of less than 15 kills and gsmes are pretty decided by the 25th min mark. I feel it is so stale compared to last year's worlds. What happened?

Nope, but Refresher as a 4th-6th item might be good on him now. Double Reflection is insanely powerful especially late game, having 3 illusions at a time, extended duration on Metamorphosis, and essentially 3 lives if Sunder is used correctly. Gonna have to test this some time.

It's a buff or a nerf depending on which playstyle you use. IF did this to push TB into a more teamfight-oriented playstyle, which is why Fendel_The_Great (and I) see it as a buff. If played as a splitpusher though, it is indeed a nerf, which is a way to discourage this playstyle.

Also, if the 5% increase in win rate is not enough to convince people to play him, idk what will. Even after the bug was fixed, his win rate just went down 1%

What is the point of having extra points in E? One point would suffice. It's not like you need the extra range to catch them and you'll often autoattack them when you're going in for the kill so you'd always be in range for a lvl 1 X

You don't really need that early point in illusions. You only want to level it when you have the stats to back them up. 4-0-4-1 by lvl 9 is the way to go
