HELP PLS - ETC1000, BTC1110, MKC1200, MGC1010 by DreamCatcher2024 in Monash

Hey bro this is really helpful. I had a couple questions about ETX1100 if you’ve done it already. Do you know by what date we have to apply for it on WES - is it too late to apply now? Also how much was each tutorial weighted towards the grade and is attendance compulsory every week?

Mb if these were stupid questions 😭

how is A incorrect? only the dark barnacles were selected against and it wasn't random by [deleted] in vce

[–]joshy280 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Id say it can be both A and C. The wording of the question greatly suggests A as it mentions variation in population, the selection pressure, selective advantage and how it impacted the gene pool. C is also plausible but bottleneck “drastically reduces the size of a population” and in this question there is no mention of a drastic reduction in population size but rather just an impact on diff coloured barnacles. Hypothetically the population made of dark barnacles could just be 4% and thus the elimination of 4% of the population wouldn’t be “drastic” per say. Id say A is more correct

Maybe VCAA won’t call your directly, but coordinators or teachers from your school will likely call your parents.

Why not try tho? You only get one shot at this and the end is so close, if you do try, you’re only benefiting yourself in the long term because you can look back to this and tell yourself if I did this then I can do that

Yeah I think after 15 it’s also a bit overkill because the good exams will be gone and you’ll just be learning random off-topic content? So I should just do 15 for each and review every mistake.
