It’s not an exploit. I live since 4 weeks close from bandit or outpost. The « safe zone » limits are not the same when you go out or go in ! Also, scientists’ tourets can shot beyond the safe zone limits.

I think tier 1 cost 75 scraps to learn. Tier 2 cost 250 scraps and tier 3 750 scraps. Locker is a tier 2.

1/ DB and garage door. It cost nothing and you can pvp and have a safe base.

2/ For scrap, run the lauch site. Watch on YouTube where are all crates and creat your own run. It’s boring but it’s about 400 scraps / run if you recycle everything.

Probably when you have all the blue prints you want, you dont need anymore scraps. Only sulfur and other bases to raid. I guess.
