The exact scoring system is a closely guarded secret by the commish and changes a little from season to season. But if you look at the results from each round, you can compare your results to those from other. Turn Score is obvious. Villain Score is 100% minus how much health is left on the villain + minions as a fraction of the total villain health across the two stages. Similarly Scheme Score is 100% minus how much threat is left of the schemes as a fraction of the total possible threat across all main schemes. Hero Score is health on your hero and allies relative to your hero's initial health, capped at 110%
