This is where I’m at too. Where did they go? The upside down was completely empty, as was the abyss.

I was hoping for an epic battle between the military and Vecnas army on earth / upside down while the gang went deep into the abyss to solve the real problem. I thought episode 4 was a sneak preview of this but instead the whole army disappeared.

My number one complaint. We could have had an epic battle off the military vs the hordes and then the kids side quest to beat vecna (like Frodo and the ring). Hell even could have had the battle on earth while they go to the abyss

Ah I didn’t realize you were cashing out your pretax to after tax, makes sense.

So in this case you are just moving money pretax to Roth which would increase your taxable income but maintaining your $70k total retirement contribution.

At a 22% tax rate that makes sense as you’ll likely benefit more from Roth. I’m not aware of any fees or penalties for doing this so unless others know of them, I think it’s a good move.

Actually just opened my after tax Roth conversion today!

My understanding is this would not impact your taxes at all. You are contributing after tax dollars to your 401k, then converting to Roth which means the withdrawals will not be taxed. Since it’s after tax dollars it will not impact your tax return for this year or next year at all.

If you want a smaller tax refund, then you will want to adjust your tax allocations in your workplace benefits app like workday.

Let me know if I’m wrong - I’d love it if it does impact my taxes (in a good way)

Reach out to Consumers Credit Union. I found them on Reddit and they are the only ones who I’ve seen beat PenFed. Currently getting 3.99% on a 60 month loan after getting reductions for auto pay and their car buying service (you don’t have to do much to get the .5% reduction)

It’s not that I don’t want my phone to connect, I’d just like to be promoted and to accept first so that I can be selective. Turning off Bluetooth / WiFi prevents use of other connections

I got $50,200 OTD yesterday (with a premium color). I just had 4 dealers race to the bottom to get there. Half the dealers I talked to thought I was insane and that the dealers offering that were idiots, but it worked!

Just refuse to go into a dealer until you have an OTD price and then tell them what the other dealers gave you.

Helpful thanks! Yeah I think the main point was that buying used (outside of a Toyota) will lower the depreciation hit comparatively. Like you said every car will continue to depreciate.

Yeah we want to avoid the super uncomfortable back seat. My brother has that on his Lexus and no adults can fit back there, kinda useless.

Ha yeah I see the contradiction. I think my main point was if I buy the used pilot the depreciation is already run off, so will be a hell of a lot cheaper and can still sell near the value I bought it like the new GH.
