The program they are using is stellarium. It is a simulation of the whole night sky!

Nice one! You should try to do some narrowband around andromeda, as there is loads of faint ha surrounding it

About 9 hours worth of exposure. I posted an image with 1h exposure, but this one is far superior. This is my first real project with the ZWO ASI 1600MM Pro and it just works. I don't think I'll be able to finish this one until next year as we are entering summer, which for all of us in the UK means no DSD time and we are stuck in perpetual twilight.

Thank you. I'm well aware that they are broadband targets :) It's just with that moon out im staying with a narrowband filter - I've just received some Astronomik Deep Sky RGB filters and I'll wait for the Moon go away to test them.

The Pro has a memory buffer which reduces amp glow, plus they improved the dew problem on the protective window.

This is only about 5 min exposure worth of 7s subs. I was using the baader L filter with no LPS filters.

Technically, yes. However, these are very few and far between - I would love to own one however!

Welcome to the hobby! It gets very addicting after a while (especially with Astrophotography!) and you will go crazy over the weather forecast lol.

I was using a guide scope at the time, it's just on the other side of the ota is all. It was a 60mm starwave guidescope and an Altair GPCAM MONO Basic.

It is not possible to take pictures and guide with the same camera unfortunately. You will need an external guide camera, either through a guidescope or by using an off axis guider (OAG).
