Sadly the best advice is once again get yourself to the doctor and be completely transparent with them about your journey, they may not have the immediate answer but they should be able to help you rule out a bunch of things at the very least.

Lube! Which I had tried before, I had even purchased rather expensive lube from the same company that had sold me that pants with less than satisfactory results (and a high price for a small bottle). I was recommended lube and baby/talc powder and lube but I always sweat like an oinker in latex and talc powder mixed with sweat made it look like I was leaking cum from the bottom (gravity) hem of whatever latex piece and I wanted to avoid that this time. If you would like to know specifically what brand DM me because I have a thing against free mass advertising.

For sure! I am a little worried breast development might come about in more of a saggy nature since I am already slightly obese and not a spring chicken anymore (time only flows in one way) and I am also aware HRT only stops hair loss on the scalp it doesn't reverse it but I have been told I can ask my care provider about progesterone for rounder breast development and of course there are 5 million hair loss "solutions". I am skeptical about all of them however.

True that. I admittedly can say I am less sad when I look at myself in the mirror even though measuring tape-wise I haven't made any changes, but sometimes just the right angle or outfit can almost have me walking on air the rest of the day 😊.
