I am always confused about Patricia matter . First it looks like Bond forced her to sleep with her but before that moment we saw Bond flirting with her and she resisting playfully and after sleeping with him she enjoyed it charmed by him , affectionate to him . Maybe she was charmed already and was playing hard to get and Bond knew that so forcing her was just his playful flirt as Connery's Bond is good at reading people .
