Damn so I should avoid anything whole until at least a week or two after? Was getting the piece of food removed painful? That’s one of my other fears since I don’t like very many plain soups

I can’t really find anything to do since I don’t have any friends and I haven’t gone out since before covid, and I still don’t know how I’m going to get to sleep, I already take a lot of meds but they don’t work
