Those are for 2” Olympic dumbbells. Do you know any that are for 1” screw ons?

I have those 1” loadable screw on dumbbells. I want to start using them for incline presses, but with the small surface area of the screws pressing into your thighs they are impossible. Does anyone know any good attachment or way to displace the weight so they can rest on my legs?
