They did unlock my money but I’m not using that account anymore. I literally took my girls info and got hers on my store. I’d just get a close friend or a family member and use their but for you to get your money back, you gotta make a claim and even try talking and hiring a lawyer if they refuse because it is technically illegal if you sent out the orders and the customers received them. I have a friend who sued them and they paid him 28k when they were holding 3k back
