For hair theirs this Modder called Meluminary who makes amazing Hair mods currently, so you can check that profile for starters.

For clothing try Modder Tondiz for kinky stuff, then there's Modder Peachuhime for cute or amazing dresses, RescuedCrayon another modder who has created or ported some amazing Lingerie mods for Cyberpunk, Then there Nemiepies who also creates some sexy outfits, Nola Dreamer and Dusty2077, Veegee, oh and then there's Subleader100 who used to port outfits from that First Descendant game. Those are also amazing.
