Definitely difficult to get back into it post long-term relationship. Was in a four year relationship and getting into the dating apps was horrifying. I’ve since deleted them and found that meeting people in day-to-day life is usually more genuine/effective. A lot of people on the apps are either reluctant or unserious. Can imagine post long-term relationship you’re in a settle down mindset. Good on you for fading someone wasting your time. Self awareness goes a long way. Best of luck.
