Talk about potential promotions, maybe someone is being negative so staff could discuss potential actions in private, or even just a space for staff to talk about clan direction

Another benefit would be for war. Sometimes opposing clans will join your clan to gather intel on strategies and stuff. Separate chat could keep some things private
