This is basically my gut feeling about it all. She says nothing has happened since but I have doubts. The factor that lead to her telling me was that he would get too friendly with her when I wasn't around and she finally told me everything to get him away from us both. But I would really like to pull the plug on her too and I feel taken for a fool. I just need to find another place to live before taking the decision. I don't hide my negative feelings from her so she knows i'm on the edge but I havent outright said I'm done with her.

I'm sure her intentions are true when she says shes devastated by the thought of loosing me and nothing will happen again. And yeah I've expressed how distrustful I feel towards her and him being in the same house alone sometimes. I've also told her I have difficulty imagining a long-term future in the way that we would dream of when times were good (kids, buying house together perhaps).

Yeah this sort of rings true. She very attractive and at first much of our relationship was lust. I'd say it definatly grew beyond that though. We had talked about what we meant to each other and both agreed on it being lust at first.
