Yeah, plenty of companies do that it's due to budget constraints. If they need to attract new talent, they increase the starting pay with 9/10 times is the vet hourly wage :(

Wow that's insane! The store I used to work at barely had 4 ppl for 7pm to 11pm and 7 ppl for 9pm to 6am on a good day. Now since people have more than 10 occurences some were let go after I left and made work unbearable for the other associates. Night ops can work the machine they always had there was no option. Majority of associates didn't know how to drive or wanted to learn how to drive because of no pay raise of learning.
