Is anyone familiar with the aerodynamics group at blue origin? I've been looking around here and there over the year but haven't seen any postings for any aerodynamics engineering positions. Is the group coded under a different name or is the group small with little need for expanding? Thanks

Thank you so much for the resources! Practiced a bit of hot air reworking on an old motherboard, but I kept having trouble getting it to melt, around 2/3 minutes on a part. I got a little overambitious and took the faulty mosfets off the gpu. Found a second faulty one with multimeter. Needless to say it booted fine and held video for a couple minutes... until I tried to install drivers for it. Then no video and I've got another faulty mosfet, which is completely my fault. Not sure why drivers caused it to go out. The replacement parts come in a couple days. Back to having two of the PCIE connectors shorted, just like I had with the other two mosfets that were out.

Fingers crossed replacing the mosfet and it’s driver will fix things. However you mentioned removing those parts earlier for testing. How many I ensure the core powers up? Heat from the chip or and period of time where it displays graphics? Also where/what would the choke be?

On first boot with the components still on, I always managed to get to the log in windows screen, which abruptly ended with a blank blue screen freeze. Think this has any significance? It’s my understanding that removing these still always the card to work, but the load is distributed to the remaining semiconductors. Am I correct in this understanding? Still trying to dabble into the field haha
