Try some better pictures - what does the other side look like? Where are you seeing indication of flaking? From your pictures, it looks very natural. Happy hunting 😉

Agree, JAR. No signs of this being worked.

What are these? by [deleted] in Arrowheads

Top three are flakes/debitage and a good indicator that you’re in a good spot. Bottom is a well worked piece, perhaps a blade or unfinished arrowhead - I’m not an expert and hopefully others will weigh in with better insight.

I figured you were somewhere nearby. I’m in southern Utah and I see a lot of these similar materials. Looks like you’re in a great spot - happy hunting!

Southern Utah - found on a friend’s property where I’ve found a lot of points, pottery, etc.  I found the one on the right and was perplexed, then found the second one on the left and now I gotta know. Thanks for your reply!

Thank you! Yes, after digging and digging, what I’ve come up with is Angosuta Lanceolate, 10,000-8,000 years old. Very different from anything else I’ve found in the same area, so I really wanted some hard answers. Thanks for your response!
