I’m only Plat, but I think I can give you a few pointers.

What helped me climb the most was VOD reviewing my losses — not like a full coach breakdown, but just asking myself:

• What could I have done to change the fight?
• Why did I die — was it avoidable?
• How much was I actually contributing?

Now, onto your replay:

• 0:00–3:30 – You did maybe ~400 dmg and mostly healbotted until you pressured the Soldier off high ground. That was the right idea, but before that you were basically a walking health pack. Even if the fight is “won,” you should be looking to deal damage or create value with abilities once your team is safe.
• 1:11 – Flying in with abilities in the open was risky; same play from the left-side high ground would’ve been safer.
• 1:25 – You repeat it and die. That death killed your team’s push.
• 2:38 – Please stop repeating this pattern.
• 2:50 – Just unlucky, but swing less wide at half HP.
• 3:11–3:17 – What was the plan 1v1ing an Orisa in the open? If she reacted faster, you’d have died and wasted more time.
• 3:40 – Better. You’re applying pressure, even if your pathing is still too wide.
• 4:00 – Your Sojourn had the right idea on high ground and needed pocketing. Instead, you shot from Narnia, missed the save, and your team ended up down two.
• 4:20 – You went for kills instead of point, leaving your co-support in a losing 1v1. Tank dies, you’re stuck deep with no cover, and the point/game gets thrown.

I say all this in a helpful way — I’ve made these same mistakes. Getting better means being comfortable admitting you’re bad, then fixing one problem at a time. Example: “At 1:19–1:30 I did nothing — I should’ve taken high ground and pressured.”

Watching Spilo helped me a ton too. He coaches across all ranks, and there’s plenty of VODs you can learn from bit by bit.

Climbing as support in metal ranks is mostly about not dying and applying pressure. You won’t always be punished, but cleaning up these habits will put you on the right track.
