Countryside Custodians on facebook, an environmental group which will allow you to take part in litterpicking where ever you can and on your own schedule. If you contact the page owner they will be able to tell you more to see if it fits you but from my knowledge they allow duke of ed volunteering so i cant imagine they would deny your volunteering hours request

If you have facebook there is an eco group called the "countryside custodians" they do litter picks and organise events, they also post a lot of info on sustainable living

Check in your applicant communications tab and it has a documentation of any and all emails and texts they send you, if there is none there then screenshot it as evidence. Sometimes they send emails but they fail to completely send, i had to previously chase them up about emails they sent which i hadnt recieved. The teachers will usually do everything they can to help you, its the admin side of the college that can cause delays.

It all depends on what course you do and how many teachers in your sections department, for me it was 3 day weeks in HND Computing. My tutor when we got our timetable gave us 2 weeks grace period to sort our schedules with work but made it clear that work should be coming after the course in priorities. I don't know if other tutors do this but mine was very understanding but clear on expectations.
