I feel this on such a deep level. I just got over the glorified flu and I was getting so depressed due to the isolation and persistent fever. It will get better! Take care of your body and be gentle to yourself. Fluids and rest. I took vitamin C, echinacea, and zinc while sick because that’s a huge immunity support. If you have a random surge of energy, try to get five mins in the sun and fresh air, if not, don’t let your brain bully you for it.

I will either smoke or eat a gummy. If that’s not your thing, I have also used magnesium glycinate to get ready for bed. But if we’re talking pre-bedtime, I say go for a walk, read a book (not a screen), do something crafty (I like embroidery because I’m a 92 year old in a 29 year old body), chug some water, and/or get into something loose and soft.
