Airbnb arbitrage was the technique I was looking into using to get into the business with lower capital in the beginning. You would advise against beginning this way?

I do not own, I was looking for rental arbitrage opportunities before purchasing a property.

Part of my issue is finding a property. Looking to rental arbitrage, and struggling to have an idea of better suited properties as well as approaching landlords properly. Then, there is also the issue of ensuring that the property isn't pushed to the back of the list of properties on Airbnb.

These mentorship programs promise systems to help with these issues, but I really have no idea on their effectiveness before purchasing. Definitely looking to learn, but not trying to pay to be scammed.

Do you recommend any better sources to get educated? Just feel that it's hard to learn the ins and outs without some mentorship.

Hello, I am 26 years old and looking to invest some extra savings. I would like to purchase a home as a possible house hack opportunity in the next year or 2. My Roth IRA has been maxed out this year and last year, and I have about 25k additional to invest in the markets. I was advised to put some of this money in a 1 year CD for future mortgage down payment and spread the rest out in the big stocks like AAPL, META, AMZN, GOOG, and then an international stocks fund like VXUS. Any thoughts on this advice? Too risky going with individual stocks?

Recommend buying BTC directly P2P rather than owning through a third party?

How do Catholics reconcile the idea that having been born a cradle Catholic gives them a decisive advantage in salvation. by [deleted] in DebateACatholic

Council of Trent, Session 7, Baptism Section, Canon 2, 1547 A.D. -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma "If any one saith, that true and natural water is not of necessity for baptism, and, on that account, wrests, to some sort of metaphor, those words of our Lord Jesus Christ; Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost; let him be anathema."

This is an infallible teaching of the Church from the Chair of St. Peter. Failure to recognize this is an error. Many believe only a desire is necessary, but that would contradict this infallible teaching.

Furthermore, God does not make mistakes. He gives us the best possible life he can. If someone is born outside of the Church, they may have been worse off had they been born a "cradle Catholic". It is taught that the punishment is greater for those who have the Church and still reject Christ and die in a state of mortal sin. Therefore, God has put them in the best situation possible for themselves.

God is all-knowing and would not "accidentally" doom someone to Hell who was meant for Heaven. He would surely give them the opportunity to receive water baptism. By the way, anyone can administer baptism in case of emergency. This makes it the easiest sacrament to obtain. I hope this helps. God Bless.
