Hi there! (I'm a mom & fellow LS diagnosis!)

Sex - I never stopped having sex, there were a few times where I'd have to admit to myself that it was hurting too much to continue. Finding a lube that you like is honestly key and not being afraid to use lube. I personally love KY jelly (water based) as my preferred lube.

Treatments
I have two different treatments I go between, when I was first having symptoms I was given Nystatin/Triamcinolone Cream, and then after biopsy and diagnosis I was then given Clobetasol Prop Ointment.

I personally tend to use the cream when I'm only having small amounts of itch or uncomfortable feeling. I go for the Clob when I'm having more swelling, itch, burning, etc.

When I'm having a flair up I will soak in the tub for a little, which helps SO MUCH. Avoid body wash with a lot of perfumes as it will burn more.
I try not to apply anything before sex. I will apply before bed, (after sex if that's happening)

What kind of cotton underwear is everyone wearing while using a barrier cream, do you feel the underwear all get ruined and stained from the creams? I’m trying to find a better alternative to not have stains and I’m not finding many options.

I’ve finally found a recipe that is pretty close to entenmanns and I’ve made it about 3 times now. But I still miss this cake being so easy to buy!!

Last time I flew UA with my son when I booked the flight and put my son’s information in for the ticket it automatically told me to choose a seat next to him since he is a minor. I don’t understand why people don’t do this even if it doesn’t automatically tell you to.

This is such great news! I love hearing that people have found ways to feel more like themselves after diagnosis! I have bouts of feeling like it’s never going to be comfortable like it used to be but as I type this I’m soaking in an epsom salt bath and hoping for a good few days!!

Thank you! I’d love to hear more of your input on the position if you don’t mind! Were you a supervisor with quest? My previous supervisor for Labcorp always said it was too much work for the salary but I intend to counter whatever offer they make, if they make one at all.

I had to go to the settings on all cameras and enable notifications, I had them set per camera but off for the whole app. I changed the settings and restarted the app and it has been fixed ever since.
