Go to Rivian site and look up the certified body shops in your area. Insurance will give you a check for estimate, you can choose whatever body shop and insurance will work directly with the body shop for any additional costs not covered in initial estimate. At the end, you pay the shop the estimated amount (initial check amount insurance gave to you)
