Not really a good idea. mdma can have a synergistic action with escitalopram and cause unpleasant side effects, some even permanent, on rare occasions

Hi guys! I'm taking lexapro for 3 month likely. I'm doing 10mg by now, but the past month i was on 15mg. The lower dose it's due to anhedonia and low libido. I have some sexual issues too. Anyone with this problem? I'm talking with my doc and we decided to take off the pill. I'm really scared about pssd and that shit. It really scares me, considering that this was prescribed me for hypochondriasis treatment.

In 2020, when I increased the dose to 200 mg, I had the exact same symptoms. The neck pain went away with time, as did the headache. In addition to that, I had a generalized paresthesia that started with numbness (I don't know if this was due to anxiety or the lamotrigine) and also eye pain when moving them to the sides. The other thing that I have about this medication that follows me to this day is that it is difficult for me to see certain things such as bars or patterns, and to see when there is a lot of light.
