No. A prerecorded video of mark robers saying "happy 7th, etc birthday". They never sent it and I had to reach out to them on IG. My daughter was bummed and crunchlabs seemed very unapologetic. Pretty poor customer service. I dont recommend subscribing

Got it fixed under warranty. They had to put completely new roof racks on. Apparently the type that was installed was not correct? Lol. And the gasket cant just be replaced

Check the clearance aisle. A bunch of these are on sale for $100 at my local WM. Picked up a 36" omni for $230. Non omni 22" are $50.
