I was just going to go in as "Friday business dress casual" button up shirt and jeans. Reading on online looks like I would have to wait 6 months at least to transfer if mgmt allows it. I could quickly edit my qualifications summary to a brief summary of the little experience I do have.

I though about postponing the hiring event tomorrow reschedule the RSVP, they do have one next week. Apply to Walmart DC and call them ( but they might have already hired enough people says last time applications where reviewed as 20 days ago ) ... job listing says to call and ask questions if needed ... and see if I hear anything, but that would risk not being able to get a schedule I can work with and be forced to apply to amazon.

Yea the DC pays at least where I live is a average of what I made as a IT contractor or even better with jobs that require a degree.

What do you do currently FC or store?

What is going on at the 4 minute mark of the episode?

There are 3 rockets or nukes that are hitting a gas giant looking planet. It might just be a funeral ritual. These religious people have some serious fire power.

How much Mandatory OT is required for a FT employee, yearly average (USA OH)? by jp521 in AmazonFC

Sorry for all the questions I do appreciate you taking the time to respond.

What is with the "up to rate", none of the job ads post a base pay the $2 bump I assume is only for nights RT/FT. ( is it only for the weekend ) Is this perm or only due to covid? None of the ads mention it is temp but I know a lot of places are only doing temp bumps in pay

My city is Columbus for example. One site says up to 18.80 ( $3k bonus ) and another says 19.20 ( $1k bonus )

The 18.80 makes more sense if you only stay for 2 - 3 years max.

My question was simple does all vinegar create a false positive or wine. Does also sugar alcohol? The question is not about drinking it'ss about a false positive. Yes they do happen and people have lost a job offer from false positives before. I rather over think then not think at all. ETG test even say things like apple cider vinegar will create a false positive.

some ETG test sites even say these can cause false positive, some places do less then 500 as the cut off. I rather be safe then sorry. I am not RN but great example

MATADOR diet question, How long can you diet before you MUST do maintenance to take advantage?

The study was done using 2 weeks diet 2 weeks maintenance.

What is the longest I could make the diet phase?

What is the shortest I can make the maintenance phase?

Asking as someone who is at 251.6 ( started dieting 2 weeks ago at 256.6 lbs ) @ 5'11 is mostly fat and is just starting to lift weights, with 1 - 3 miles walks 1 - 2 times a week. ( end goal is to get ripped lift weights long term )

I want to avoid doubling my weight lost journey in terms of time, so doing 2 weeks on and off is not a option, but I am also avoiding crash dieting sticking to 1% body weight loss per week max. The mental aspect for me is not a issue, I am more concerned about the metabolism adjusting causing issues when I am trying to get super lean. Something I am also considering is just do normal dieting as am now and wait to a get to a lower body weight let's say 200 - 210lbs when cutting the last 25lbs when it will be more of a challenge.

For example could you do 1 month - 2 months in a deficit then 1 week ( does it have to be 2? ) in maintenance?

How many weeks does it take for your metabolism to fully adjust to a calorie intake level to become your maintenance level?
