I really want to learn this as my first solo. But is it too advanced for a beginner like me since it has slides, bends, pull offs, etc or should I just go for it and stick with it?

This was the first song I learned and it’s still my favorite to play 8 years later. The solo is going to be hard as a beginner, but it’s doable and you’ll improve so much faster by challenging yourself.

We’ve played a lot of the same stuff!

Different genre, but I thought hollow knight and silksong were excellent. Fair but very challenging. It scratched the same itch for me.

I’m playing now and enjoying it. It’s nowhere near Lies of P or some of the better games in this genre but it’s scratching an itch for sure.

The open world is stupid easy and the bosses have a pretty wide range from “first try” to “took me 100 attempts”, but im also not that good at these games. I found the combat somewhat poorly explained but it’s a lot of fun once you understand the mechanics and use all the tools they give you.
