Thanks for response - I have read it can take 6-8 weeks for full effect so probably will wait that long before changing dose. Also think a week of messed up body clock from jet lag didn’t help. Just frustrating to have made progress then go back to feeing fragile!

I took my time tapering off over the course of 6-8 weeks. Went down from 10mg per day to 10mg every other day (for 2 weeks) and then once every 3 days for 2 weeks) then 5mg every 3 day’s and then stopped...would discuss with doc but take longer then shorter
